sunday afternoon, amber and I were on a bike ride, and i didn't turn sharply enough trying to transition from the street to the sidewalk heading up education hill. i'd turned up a driveway, but it wasn't quite flush with the street and i got a pinch flat and went down. amber got tangled up with my bike trying to get around and went down too. fortunately she was okay (although now i'm worried she might have hurt her neck).

i hit the pavement on my right arm, shoulder and hit my head. no head injury, thanks to my helmet, but i broke my right arm. it's called a radial head fracture, so it isn't a break that can be cast. all things considered, i'm doing okay, though.  i've got pain meds when it gets too bad and amber has been really great.

typing one handed is really hard, so I'll follow up later with more details.
